The first part of the workshop helps you to build up, deepen and understand knowledge about stress in general and in detail. Typical stressors are covered as well as helpful stress management strategies, promoting resilience, mindfulness and much more.
The aim is to use knowledge and understanding to create the basis for better and more conscious decisions
In the second part, we delve deeper into personal work: your individual way of dealing with stress.
The aim is to identify and understand your own stressors and behavioral patterns.
At the end, we will have developed efficient solution strategies for reprogramming your personal stress code that can be successfully implemented in everyday life.
The online version is structured as a modular concept with 8 units of 2 hours each.
