About me
If the chemistry is right, coaching is successful
What makes a good coach? You will probably get many different answers to this question. However, all good coaches have a few things in common: empathy, personality, a talent for listening and professional and life experience, which they bring to their work. Methodological competence is also part of it. So the chemistry has to be right - the right combination of qualities and skills. And, of course, between client and coach.
My motivation: Why did I become a coach?
At some point I faced this dissatisfaction because I couldn't go on like this anymore. I sought out a coach myself. And together with her, I learned a lot about myself and my behaviors, challenges and strengths.
Step by step, I have developed as a manager and as a person. And I realized that leading and developing employees and people is one of my strengths that I would like to develop further. Thanks to my coach, I have done just that and found my new path.
You can do it too! And often small changes are enough to live a truly self-determined, happy life.
Because I want to pass on my experience and help people to live a life of clarity, serenity and balance. That is not so easy.
Take me: I worked in marketing and sales for an international corporation for 23 years. In various positions, with management responsibility for 10 years. And although outsiders would certainly confirm that I had a successful career, over time I felt dissatisfied and frustrated - with my professional situation, but also with my work-life balance. There was simply no time for many things that were once important to me.
My expertise: Coaching for personal developmend and Stress-Management
When I gave up my secure job, I first took some time off to reposition myself. I completed training as a coach for personal development in order to acquire specialist knowledge in addition to my personal experience and motivation and to optimally fill my toolbox. So that I can act professionally and responsibly as a coach. And: I am constantly developing myself - through various specialist qualifications and seminars.
My goal: to be able to give other people the help they need to help themselves. And in doing so, to support decisive impulses for personal development and positive change.
I approach my clients with a lot of motivation, inspiration and the clear intention to help. I make them aware of the outside view and new perspectives through questions, discussions or targeted impulses. And I am happy when old ways of thinking and behaving are successfully thrown overboard, a life of clarity, serenity and balance is lived or long-deferred dreams are realized!
My qualification: why I can help you
As a coach, I am your companion, advisor and source of inspiration at the same time. I analyze, discover and develop the potential that lies within you together with you. I show you ways out of the crisis and various options for tackling and mastering your current challenges. And I accompany you on this path as a sparring partner at your side.
I am broadly positioned, have diverse interests, am experienced and bring with me a unique perspective:
Many years of professional experience, including internationally, have had a lasting impact on me. My conviction: Only those who have been in the hamster wheel themselves know what it feels like to be a hamster.
As a former manager in an international corporation, I know the framework conditions and challenges that people and companies face.
This combination of years of experience in the corporate world and as a coach makes the difference in our work together. Theory meets practice in the best sense.
