With this workshop, you offer your employees the chance to deepen and understand their personal knowledge about the topic of stress in general and especially in detail. Typical stressors are covered as well as helpful stress management strategies, resilience promotion, mindfulness, and much more. The aim is to use knowledge and understanding to create a healthy basis for participants to make better and more conscious decisions in everyday life.
The online version is structured as a modular concept with various units of 2 hours each.
