2-day workshop

The first day of the workshop helps participants to build up, deepen and understand their knowledge of the topic of stress in general and in detail. Typical stressors are covered, as are helpful stress management strategies, resilience promotion, mindfulness, and much more.
The aim is to use knowledge and understanding to create a healthy basis for better and more conscious decisions in everyday life.

On the second day, we link the theory we have learned with personal reality. We get into personal work: dealing with stress individually.
It's about identifying and understanding your own stressors and behavioral patterns - your personal stress code. On the basis of this knowledge, we develop an individual and efficient solution strategy for reprogramming your personal stress code, which can be implemented successfully and, above all, sustainably in everyday life.
The online version is structured as a modular concept with 8 units of 2 hours each.onsite
