This day helps to deepen and understand the topic of stress in general and in detail. Typical stressors are covered as well as helpful stress management strategies, promoting resilience, mindfulness and much more.
The aim is to use knowledge and understanding to create the basis for better and more conscious decisions

The online version is structured as a modular concept with different units of 2 hours each
